Blake Wilhelmy

Blake Wilhelmy is a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager with extensive experience in overseeing food safety systems across multiple copackers. Currently at Crown Bakeries since June 2023, Blake previously held the same title at B&G Foods Inc., where responsibilities included managing food safety at 40 facilities globally, reducing consumer complaints by over 10%, and implementing comprehensive food safety programs. Blake has a strong background in quality management demonstrated by achievements such as developing Quality Management Schemes for SQF Certification and leading HACCP teams at I. Rice & Company, where roles progressed from Quality Control/Research & Development Scientist to Quality Control Manager. Educationally, Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Penn State University.
