Doug Bame is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and engineering management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Crown Bakeries, Doug previously held key roles at Hormel Foods as Director of Operations and at Columbus Craft Meats, where responsibilities included Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Manufacturing, and Director of Engineering. Doug's career also includes a position as Engineering Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and a Staff Engineer role at General Mills. Doug Bame earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of the Pacific between 1989 and 1994.
