John Gilbert

John Gilbert, PHR, HCS, DDI Certified Facilitator, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations at Crown Bakeries since January 2022. With extensive experience in organizational and leadership development, John has held significant positions such as Divisional Director of Human Resources at Sanoh America, Inc., and Director of Organizational & Leadership Development at North American Stamping Group, where responsibilities included managing succession planning and training for a diverse workforce. Prior roles also include Chief Architect of Organizational Change at NHK Spring Precision of America, Inc., and various senior human resource management positions at companies such as Yokohama Industries Americas Inc. and Joy Mining Machinery. John holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law from Middle Tennessee State University, alongside an Associate of Science in Political Science/Criminal Justice from Columbia State Community College.
