Kandy Grenier

Kandy Grenier, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at Crown Bakeries since April 2021. Grenier has extensive experience in HR leadership, including roles as an Advisor with AdvisoryCloud, and as VP of Human Resources, Communications & Community Relations at Mountaire Farms. Prior to that, Grenier held several senior HR positions at Sodexo, overseeing substantial teams and managing HR for thousands of employees across numerous locations. Military service includes a distinguished career with the United States Department of the Navy, where Grenier achieved the rank of Senior Chief Equipment Operator. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resources from Strayer University and a BSBA in Management and Accounting from Christopher Newport University.
