Eric H. Hart

Eric Hart has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 with roles at Novartis as an Operations Planner, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Supervisor, and later as a Site HR Manager. Eric then worked at Mars as an HR Senior Manager and later as the Americas Compensation & Benefits Director. Eric joined Avaya in 2007, where they served as the Senior Director of HR for Avaya Global Services and later as the Vice President of Global Compensation & Benefits.
