Jim Anderson

Jim Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, environmental management, and labor relations. Currently serving as the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager at Crown Battery since October 2010, Jim focuses on employee safety, health protection, and environmental compliance. Previously, Jim held the position of Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager at Commercial Vehicle Group, where responsibilities included managing labor relations and achieving ISO 14001 certification. Earlier roles include EHS & Labor Relations Manager/Plant Manager at Tembec, where Jim's duties expanded to include plant management, and Admin of Environmental & Safety Programs at Barnes Distribution, providing regulatory expertise. Jim began their career as a Quality Control Chemist at ABARTA, Inc., conducting product quality testing and training initiatives. Jim holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
