Ford Fay

Ford Fay is an accomplished telecommunications executive with extensive experience in network planning and management. Currently serving as Director of Network Access Management at Crown Castle since February 2020, Ford has played a key role in the company's growth and customer-focused culture. Previously, as Principal at Eagle Bay Advisors, Ford specialized in business strategy and telecommunications infrastructure improvements. Notable roles also include VP of Access Management at Zayo Group, where Ford established a comprehensive Access Management team, and Vice President positions at tw telecom and US West, managing significant operational costs and network planning initiatives. Ford holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Cost Accounting from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
