Jessica Fernandez Ibarra serves as the Senior External Affairs Manager for Crown Castle in Florida and Puerto Rico since January 2019, where the focus is on strategic government and public affairs initiatives. Previously, Ibarra was the Director of Public Affairs at Ai Advisory from April 2014 to January 2019, specializing in relationship management and advocacy strategies. Prior roles include Regional Director for the State of Florida’s Chief Financial Officer, where efforts involved promoting initiatives through partnerships and managing key media communications. Ibarra has also held positions in marketing and campaign management, enhancing political and community engagement. Ibarra holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from Florida State University.
