Lauren Mayhew

Lauren Mayhew is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, talent development, and HR management. Currently serving as Director of Employee Relations and Director of Human Resources/Business Partner at Crown Castle since January 2017, Lauren plays a crucial role in supporting the nation's largest provider of wireless infrastructure. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Endologix Inc from June 2010 to December 2016, where notable positions included Manager of Human Resources, Talent Development, and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Operations Management from California State University, Long Beach.
