Muriel Youngs

Muriel Youngs has extensive experience in employee and labor relations, currently serving as Director of Employee Relations at the Toronto Transit Commission since July 2017. Previous roles at TTC include Employee Relations Manager and Senior Employee Relations Consultant. Before joining TTC, Muriel worked at Canada Post as a Labour Relations Officer and at CBC/Radio-Canada as a Human Resources Analyst and Assistant. Additional human resources experience includes positions held at The Scots College, Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan, and CBC/Radio-Canada. Muriel holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Waterloo.
