Melissa Ratnayake

Melissa Ratnayake is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in supplier management, diversity, and internal auditing. Currently serving as Manager of Supplier Management & Diversity at Crown Castle since June 2007, Melissa has held various roles within the company, including Supplier Diversity Development Manager, Project Manager for Business Performance, Project Manager for Construction Engineering, and Manager of Internal Audit. Prior to Crown Castle, Melissa worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Delta Funding and gained experience as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte. Melissa holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University at Buffalo, completed in 2002.
