Niv I.

Niv I. is a Learning Experience Designer with extensive experience in designing and developing educational programs across various organizations. Currently serving as a Learning Experience Designer III at Crown Castle, Niv I. leads the end-to-end execution of learning designs for sales and enterprise initiatives. Previous roles include developing online courses and video tutorials at Schrödinger, where an impressive 443% increase in user engagement was achieved, and spearheading curriculum design for a social and emotional learning program at SuperDville. Niv I. has also contributed to research projects at the National University of Singapore, supported client projects at the Centre for Evidence and Implementation, and collaborated on curriculum improvements at Doyobi. Niv I. holds a Master of Education in Cognitive Science in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
