Richard Thimons

Richard Thimons has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, primarily with Crown Castle since May 2016, where roles have included Tower Operations Manager, Network Operations Center Supervisor, and Tower Structural Analyst. Prior to this, Richard served as a Temporary Tower Structural Analyst at Synergy Staffing from March 2014 to May 2016. An early career position as an intern was held at Wallace and Pancher Inc. from March 2011 to August 2011. Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, completed between 2007 and 2013.
