Vidal Laventon

Vidal Laventon is an experienced telecommunications professional, currently serving as the Regional Director of Implementation at Crown Castle since June 2015, following a role as District Director. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at tw telecom as an Engineering and OSP Construction Manager, where Vidal directed a 35-person team in the management of network operations, planning, and implementation. Vidal's career began at Qwest Communications, progressing from Lead Internet Engineer to Lead Transport Engineer, and demonstrating success in network design and engineering. Early career experience at US West Communications involved roles as a Quick Response Design Engineer, where Vidal focused on project coordination and network enhancements. Vidal holds a degree from Langston University, earned between 1992 and 1995.
