Roberts Ejubs

Roberts Ejubs is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations management across various prestigious hotel groups. Currently serving as the Group Director of Operations at Crown & Champa Resorts, Roberts oversees a portfolio of 12 luxury resorts in the Maldives, leading a team of 12 Resort General Managers and over 3,200 team members. Previous roles include Area General Manager at ICC Group Hotels and Chief Operations Officer at Pandey Hotel Corporation, where Roberts demonstrated expertise in portfolio management and investment development. With a robust history at Accor from 2007 to 2019, accomplishments include supporting the growth of numerous hotels across Malaysia and Greater China, significantly increasing both employee and guest satisfaction scores, and receiving multiple awards from the Malaysia Tourism Council. Education includes an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from City and Guilds of London.
