David Whimpenny Cmgr Fcmi Grad Iosh

David Whimpenny CMgr FCMI Grad IOSH is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and programme management, communications, and IT infrastructure planning. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the War Widows Association of Great Britain and a Trustee for Gul Outdoor Therapy, David has held significant roles at Crown Commercial Service, including Chief Of Staff and Deputy Director Delivery, since June 2019. Previous leadership positions include Chairman at the National Memorial Arboretum and Member of the Board of Trustees for The Royal British Legion. David's extensive career in the British Army spanned over three decades, culminating in the role of Army Officer, and is supported by an Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety and Risk Management from Oxford Brookes University.
