Emily Ball

Emily Ball is a seasoned professional in project management and development, currently serving as Senior Routemap Development Manager at The Crown Estate since May 2024. Previously, Emily held the position of Deputy Project Director for the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone at Turnpike Advisory and served in various roles at Sydney Metro from April 2018 to September 2024, including Delivery Director for the South West Metro project. Prior to that, Emily worked at AECOM as Associate Director in Project, Programme & Cost Management, and at C Spencer Ltd. as Design Manager overseeing Network Rail upgrades. Emily's military experience includes serving as a Captain in the Royal Engineers with deployments in Afghanistan and Kenya. Emily holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Oxford and completed training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
