Kyle Gray

Kyle Gray is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the Senior Sustainability Manager - Net Zero at The Crown Estate, overseeing initiatives across urban, marine, Windsor, and rural sectors. With a focus on net zero carbon strategies, sustainable governance, and climate risk adaptation, Kyle has developed expertise in carbon offsetting, external communications, and climate literacy training. Previously, Kyle held various sustainability consulting roles at Hoare Lea, where work included energy assessments, whole life-cycle carbon assessments, and building performance monitoring. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Exeter.
