Laura Thursfield is the Customer Partnership Manager for Retail & Leisure at Crown Estate. Laura has over four years of experience in commercial property consultancy, advising on sales and acquisitions, lettings, investment, development, rent reviews and lease restructuring.

Previously, Laura worked for HANOVER GREEN RETAIL LLP as a Central London Retail Leasing Consultant. Laura was responsible for the transformation of Carnaby into a world-famous fashion destination through carefully selected tenant strategy. Laura also worked on the redevelopment of Sussex House and the improvements to Long Acre and St. Martin's Courtyard.

In their current role, Laura is responsible for managing relationships with retail and leisure customers across the Crown Estate portfolio. Laura works closely with customers to identify opportunities to improve their businesses and deliver value for money.

Laura is a highly experienced retail professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Laura Thursfield attended the University of Reading, where they earned a BSc in Land Management. Laura also attended Loughborough High School.
