Mikki Sidebottom

Mikki Sidebottom currently serves as the Head of People Business Partnering at The Crown Estate since September 2023. Prior experience includes holding the position of VP of Human Resources at Gunnebo Entrance Control from January 2022 to August 2023, and serving as Head of HR at Dean Wilson LLP from December 2019 to January 2022. Mikki has also worked as Senior HPBP Manager at EDF Energy from May 2012 to May 2019, Senior HRBP at Lendlease from May 2007 to June 2011, and Head of Human Resources at Tristar Worldwide Chauffeur Services from October 2003 to May 2007. Mikki holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth and an HND in Hospitality Administration from the University of Brighton, along with a CIPD qualification from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT, which has been pursued since 1999.
