Christina Steen

Christina Steen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Business Partnering & Practices at GlobalConnect since October 2023. With a strong background in human resources, Christina previously held the position of Head of HR at FDM, where responsibilities included driving organizational development towards the company's 2025 goals. Prior to that, Christina worked as an HR Partner at SKAT and the Nordic Head of HR at CNH Industrial, overseeing comprehensive HR functions across the Nordic countries. Christina's career began at Kellogg Company as an HR Business Partner for the Nordics and has included various roles in HR and organizational support since 2003. Academic qualifications include a degree in Political Science and several specialized HR-related certifications.
