Silvia Lazzerini

Silvia Lazzerini currently serves as the Director of Planning and Project Lead at The Crown Estate, a position held since July 2021, and also holds the title of Strategic Land Director. Previously, Silvia worked at Grosvenor Group from November 2014 to July 2021 as Project Director, overseeing significant development projects within the Strategic Land division, engaging with external teams, communities, partners, and stakeholders. Prior roles include Development Manager positions at Lend Lease, where the focus was on securing Outline Planning Permission for the Elephant and Castle Masterplan Project, and at Berkeley Group Plc, along with leadership roles at Thornfield Properties Plc and Cluttons. Silvia began professional training as a Senior Planner and Urban Designer at Llewelyn Davies Yeang. Educational credentials include a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from The University of Edinburgh and a Dip(Arch) in Architecture and Urbanism from Politecnico di Torino, complemented by participation in various leadership and design programs.
