Calvin Dillinger, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Sales Associate at Powers Outdoors. In 2011, they moved on to HRC Medical where they served as an Operations Coordinator, focusing on developing and maintaining operations initiatives. In 2014, they became a Co-Founder of Blue Mason Coffee, where their responsibilities included marketing, HR, finance, and strategic partnerships. In 2012, they joined Crown Financial Ministries as Director of Client Services, managing various teams and overseeing customer service, social media management, ecommerce management, and distribution and fulfillment. Calvin later became a Senior Project Manager, reporting to the President and handling project development, field support, marketing, and international liaison. In addition to their formal education, Calvin Dillinger has also obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2016.
