Faysal Yahya Naffaa

Faysal Yahya Naffaa is an experienced MEP Construction Manager currently working at Crown House Technologies since August 2022. Previously, Faysal held the position of Construction Manager at Specon Group from July 2017 to July 2022 and worked as a Mechanical Project Engineer at ALEMCO from July 2015 to June 2017 and BIC Contracting from September 2008 to July 2015. Faysal's career began as a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer at Spectrum Engineering Consultants from June 2007 to August 2008 and included an early role as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer at Arabian Civil Works Co SARL in 2006. Faysal has expertise in the concept and detail design of various projects, including educational, residential, and commercial facilities, as well as cooling and heating load estimation. Faysal holds a Diploma in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
