Matt Williams

Matt Williams is an experienced Project Manager currently delivering the Oxford North, Phase 1a project at Crown House Technologies, part of the Laing O'Rourke project delivery team since October 2023. Prior to this role, Matt served as Project Manager at Briggs & Forrester Group from February 2017 to October 2023, where notable achievements included the successful completion of One Chamberlain Square, managing major projects such as the HCA hospital and One Centenary Way, and leading the Shireland CBSO Academy. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer at NG Bailey and as a Commissioning Engineer at Airtech Commissioning Ltd, beginning a career in building services with a solid educational background in Building Services Engineering from Leeds College of Building and Leeds Beckett University.
