Lindsay Rae

Lindsay Rae is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, particularly within the infrastructure and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial and Corporate Legal Advisor at Crown Infrastructure Delivery Ltd since October 2017, Lindsay has previously held positions such as Service Development Manager at Canterbury District Health Board and Contracts Advisor at New Zealand Red Cross. Legal management roles were also undertaken at Enable Networks and BAM PPP, where Lindsay managed legal aspects of public-private partnerships and provided comprehensive legal advice. Initial experience includes serving as an Assistant Solicitor at Shepherd and Wedderburn and completing a traineeship at Biggart Baillie, after obtaining an LLB (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.
