Wade Martinson

Wade Martinson is a Director of Process Development at Crown Iron Works, where involvement in the R&D "Skunkworks" team focuses on high-impact innovations since January 2019. Previously, Wade served as Technical Director for Cargill Optimizing Services from January 2000 to January 2019, leading a consulting business that leveraged Cargill's engineering R&D for customer projects. Wade's experience at Cargill also includes roles as Senior Principal Engineer and Principal Engineer, supporting technical development and project execution while managing other engineers. Early career roles include Senior Research Engineer at Cargill, Adjunct Professor at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, System Administrator at Barton Research Group, and Tech Aide at 3M. Wade holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
