Francine Krenicki

Francine Krenicki has been in the beauty industry for more than 25 years. Throughout her career, she has focused on innovation and product development for a diverse group of companies ranging from luxury prestige to mass market segmentation. Her extensive experience spans all categories of cosmetics and has led to the development of award-winning best sellers (50+) in the skincare, fragrance, haircare, bath and body, as well as color cosmetics industries.

From a very early age Francine was a self-proclaimed “product junkie”. Fresh out of college, she started her career at Estée Lauder, Inc. where she was Aerin Lauder's “right hand” as Product Development Manager. She went on to join the team responsible for creating the Frederic Fekkai prestige haircare line, working closely with Frederic on executing his brand vision and developing all aspects of the product mix. Francine returned to Estée Lauder where she ran global product development for the company’s premium La Mer skincare brand.

Today, Francine is responsible for all phases of new innovation for Crown’s premium skincare and therapeutic brands where she will continue to deliver high performance products that surpass consumers’ expectations.
