Katie Dunlap

Katie Dunlap is an experienced professional in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Director of Packaging Development at Crown Laboratories, Inc. since March 2025. Additionally, Katie is the Founder and Principal Consultant at KTD Beauty Co, LLC. with a start date in January 2025. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Senior Project Manager for Product Development and Turnkey at Seacliff Beauty Packaging & Laboratories, as well as Senior Product Development Project Manager and Product Development Project Manager at BeautyBio. Earlier experience includes work as a Product Development Project Manager at Nerium International and significant research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma. In 2016, Katie completed an internship as an Associate Analytical Chemist at Covance. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cosmetic Science at the University of Cincinnati.
