Jason Akst Pmp, Cts

Jason Akst, PMP, CTS has extensive experience in the audiovisual industry. Jason is currently the President of Crown Point Systems, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of VP, Audio Visual Operations at Crown Point Systems from December 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Crown Point Systems, Jason was the Director of Audio Visual Sales and Operations at the same company from 2017 to 2019.

Jason's previous experience includes working at AVI-SPL as a Manager of Business Development from 2013 to 2016. Jason also served as the President of the Arizona branch of Anderson Audio Visual from 2010 to 2013, and as a Senior Account Manager at the same company from 2008 to 2013. In addition, Jason was the President of Anderson Security from 2005 to 2008.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in audiovisual operations, sales, and management.

Jason Akst, PMP, CTS, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Tech College of Engineering, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they hold certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) from AVIXA. Jason obtained their PMP certification in October 2013 and their CTS certification in January 2007.
