Ashley McIntosh

Ashley McIntosh has a strong background in property management and customer service. Ashley started their career at Equity Residential as a Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager, gaining experience in day-to-day operations and marketing. Ashley then worked as a District Coordinator at Camden Property Trust, focusing on securing traffic for multiple communities. Ashley later became a Lease-Up Community Manager at AMLI Residential, where they successfully increased occupancy and implemented strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction. Ashley also held roles at American Express and ZRS Management before moving to Greystar, where they served as a Senior Multi Site Manager, overseeing property management for a large residential building. Most recently, Ashley worked as a Regional Portfolio Manager at Bozzuto and is currently the Vice President at Crown Residential. Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated leadership, financial management, and team-building skills.
