Blake Edwards

Blake Edwards is an accomplished Executive Chef specializing in events and conferencing, currently holding a position at Crown Resorts since December 2022. Prior to this role, Blake worked as an Event Chef at Hotelstaff Australia and spent a decade at Peter Rowland Group as Senior Head Chef for Events and Major Events. Notable projects include prestigious events such as the Formula One Paddock Club, Moto GP at Phillip Island, and the Avalon Airshow.
