Michelle Brown

Michelle Brown has over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Group Finance Manager and Group Tax Manager at Crown Resorts since August 2012. Responsibilities include managing tax requirements for the entire group, providing advice to stakeholders, and enhancing process improvements. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Senior Accountant at GMK Partners Pty Ltd, contributing to the preparation of financial statements and tax returns while supervising junior staff. Earlier career roles included positions at BIG W, Melbourne Airport, and Melton Shire Council, gaining insights into various accounting practices. Michelle holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Systems from Australian Catholic University.
