Prior to this role, Scott managed a rental fleet valued at over $20 million as the Branch Manager at United Rentals from August 1998 to December 2012. Scott's career began as the President and Owner of Phoenix Rental Corporation from October 1990 to August 1998, where a successful construction rental business was established before its sale to United Rentals. Educationally, Scott attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1980 to 1982 and is a graduate of Greendale High School, class of 1980.
