Jake Soumis

Jake Soumis is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in patent law and corporate counsel. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Crown Holdings, Inc. since March 2014, Jake also holds the title of General Manager for the Machinery Division and previously worked as a Senior Attorney. Prior to joining Crown Holdings, Jake practiced as a Patent Attorney at Woodcock Washburn LLP from August 2006 to March 2014. Jake earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law between 2003 and 2006 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan from September 1999 to May 2003.
