Andreas Knoor

Andreas Knoor is the Chief Product Officer and Board Member at e-Spirit GmbH. Andreas is responsible for product strategy, product vision, product development, and structuring of the product organization. Andreas is also responsible for Professional Services & HR team, P&L responsibility and personnel responsibility (>150 people).

Andreas has also worked at e-Spirit Inc. from December 2015 to June 2019 as the Product Strategist, COO and Managing Director. Their tasks included developing a US subsidiary incl. personnel and budget responsibility, developing and implementing an internationalization strategy, building a sales, marketing, and professional services team, and advising the Management Board on trends and technologies from the US.

Andreas Knoor has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from TU Dortmund University. Andreas also has certification from the Pragmatic Institute as a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager and from TU Dortmund University as a Master of Computer Science. In addition, they are a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.

Andreas Knoor reports to Jonah Paransky, CEO. They are on a team with Prakash Ramachandran - CFO, Walter Leicher - CSO, and Al Mays - CTO.
