Janet Bherer

Janet Bherer, P.Eng, MBA, serves as the General Manager and Operations Manager at Crozier: Consulting Engineers since December 2020. With over 22 years of experience in leadership roles at CRH Canada, Janet has demonstrated expertise in managing large teams and operations across various divisions, including Dufferin Aggregates and Ontario Redimix. Key responsibilities have included overseeing safety, finance, HR, and business development, managing substantial budgets and logistics, and developing strategic growth plans. Janet holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, along with a postgraduate certificate in Aggregate Management from the University of Leeds.
