Theshantha de Silva

Theshantha De Silva is a Transportation Engineer in Training (EIT) at Crozier: Consulting Engineers since September 2022, focusing on transportation engineering. Prior experience includes serving as an Infrastructure Engineer for the University of Toronto Hyperloop Team, where responsibilities encompassed modeling transportation networks, producing CAD drawings, and designing station layouts. Theshantha also worked as an Engineering Assistant at Crozier, preparing transportation-related documentation and traffic modeling, and held leadership roles in structural design competitions. Experience extends to a Project Management Intern role at Tucker HiRise Construction Inc. and various positions in soccer officiating and coaching. Theshantha holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, completed in 2022, following an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Richmond Green Secondary School.
