Stephen Kim

Stephen Kim is an experienced technology and engineering leader with a strong background in aerospace and advanced engineering solutions. Currently a member of the Board of Directors at CRP USA since June 2022, Stephen has served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Technology and Strategy at ITT Connect Control Technologies since 2018. Previously, Stephen held various leadership roles at ITT Control Technologies, including Vice President General Manager of the Aerospace Group, where responsibilities included managing a global aerospace components business and integrating Hartzell Aerospace into existing operations. Other significant positions include Director of Advanced Solutions Center at HR Textron and Division Engineering Manager at Eaton Aerospace. Stephen holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
