Charlotte Toothman, MA, ORSCC, PCC, CSC, is an experienced coaching professional currently serving as an Executive Associate Coach at BTS Coach since April 2018. In addition, Charlotte Toothman has operated Charlotte Toothman Consulting since 1994, specializing in team coaching, organizational development consulting, and leadership and personal development aimed at fostering stellar teams within organizations focused on sustainable growth and positive environmental impact. As a Blue Ribbon Provider for the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global) since 2008, Charlotte Toothman provides team coaching and Relationship Systems Intelligence coaching. Prior experience includes a role as Team Performance Consultant for The Permanente Medical Group from 1998 to 2000, where support was offered to improve work processes and customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include an MA in Management from John F. Kennedy University, an ORSCC from the Center for Right Relationship, and an MS in Audiology from Utah State University.
