Kerry Woodcock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, coaching, and change leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Novalda since August 2005, Kerry focuses on empowering organizations and social networks to navigate and implement change effectively. In addition to this role, Kerry is a Front of the Room Leader and Certification Faculty member at CRR Global and has previously held leadership positions at CRR Global Canada and EthicalCoach, where efforts centered on addressing systemic racial inequities in the criminal justice system. Past consulting roles include serving as an Organizational Development Consultant for the City of Calgary and an Affiliate Consultant at The Pillars, contributing to the growth and performance of businesses. Kerry's early career included significant contributions to participatory forest management in Tanzania, wherein various training initiatives were developed. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Geography and Environmental Management and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Studies, both from Northumbria University.
