Steve Barrett PCC, ORSCC, CPCC is an accomplished Leadership and Organisation Transformation Coach at Two Percent Shift since June 2020, specializing in driving impactful and sustainable organizational change through transformative coaching. As a Faculty and Front of the Room Leader at CRR Global since March 2022, Steve facilitates the delivery of Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching training, aimed at enhancing Relationship Systems Intelligence within various organizational settings. Previous roles include serving as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Agility Systems, a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Bankwest and RAC WA, and providing agile coaching and iteration management services as an Independent Consultant. Steve has also contributed to coaching initiatives at Synergy and Curtin University and has experience as an ICAgile Authorized Trainer.
