Sebastián Gatica Ávila

Sebastián Gatica Ávila is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CRU since April 2024. With significant leadership experience, Sebastián held the position of Chief Executive Officer at KIFIT® from July 2023 to March 2024 and previously managed healthcare operations at ACHS from October 2020 to June 2023, overseeing 21 healthcare centers and a substantial budget. Other roles at ACHS included Deputy Commercial & Services Manager, Head of Business Development, and Head of Operational Planning, showcasing a strong track record in reducing workplace accidents and enhancing operational efficiency.
