Gertjan Koning

Gertjan Koning is an experienced sound engineer and allround theater technician, with a freelance career spanning over a decade, providing sound engineering services for concerts, theatre performances, and studio sessions. Currently involved with Qbus as an allround theater technician, Gertjan also serves as a Chemical Safety Officer at Crucell, and holds a board membership with Leidse Vereniging Popmuzikanten. Previous roles include monitor engineer and sound engineer for the band Klavan Gadje, as well as contributions to various musical projects such as Dr. Dynamite & the Dynamics and The Mirror Conspiracy. Gertjan's educational background includes a degree in audio engineering from SAE and a propedeuse in organic chemistry from Hogeschool Leiden.
