Jennifer Yorke, D.O., FACOEP, currently serves as a Physician Clinical Reviewer at Evolent Health, focusing on utilization management since June 2023. Simultaneously, Jennifer has held the position of Physician and Medical Director at Crucial Care since February 2019, where efforts are dedicated to innovating emergency care and ensuring comprehensive follow-up for patients.
