The hyper-efficient delivery of Emergency Medicine Speciality Services combined with outpatient facility efficiently provides high quality care that can yield lower ER visits, lower hospital admissions and create savings. Crucial Care is equipped to provide Turn-key Management Services that include launching and operating facilities for urgent care, Crucial Care facilities and Emergency Departments.  Crucial Care operates one clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, and 3 clinics in the Orlando, Florida area, under the “GuideWell Emergency Medical Doctors” brand.  The GuideWell clinics are a partnership with GuideWell Mutual Holdings, Inc.
