Susan Hale

Susan Hale has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data management and customer success. Susan started their career in 1999 as a Manager of Clinical Data at Pharmalinkfhi Inc. From there, they held various roles in companies like PPD, Rho, Cato Research, Triangle Biostatistics, CDM ADVISORS LTD, and MedSource (now Ergomed). Susan'sroles included Director of Clinical Data Management, Director of Clinical Operations, and Founder and Principal.

Most recently, Susan worked at PharPoint Research, Inc. as the Director of Data Management from January 2022 to June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Data Management (North America) at CATO SMS from March 2021 to December 2021. Susan also held the position of Global Director of Data Management at MedSource from April 2019 to January 2021.

Susan Hale has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Averett University. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business at Eastern Michigan University.
