Grant Donovan

Grant Donovan PhD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As Co-Founder of Chaos Cultures since 2022, Grant plays a key role in shaping innovative workplace environments. In addition, Grant serves as a Partner at Perception Mapping and Crucial Dimensions since their respective beginnings in January 2002 and February 2010, and has been Managing Partner at Workplace Global Network since April 1984. Furthermore, Grant contributed as a Partner at Paradigm Learning AsiaPac until July 2024. Grant holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from The University of Western Australia, earned from 1978 to 1986.
