Public Course Manager at Crucial Learning

Alexis Rich began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Graphic Designer and Executive Secretary for Clinicians Report. In 2012, they moved to FOR ALL TIME CLOCKS as a Graphic Designer, where they created custom designs using Adobe Photoshop and sourced local vendors. In 2014, they became an Insurance Agent for World Financial Group (WFG). In 2015, they were an Operations Specialist for Images Properties, where they managed the operations of large multi-unit properties. In 2016, they joined Crucial Learning, where they held various roles such as Public Course Manager, Senior Manager of Delivery Operations, Senior Manager of Client Success, Manager of Operations/Digital Help Desk, and Team Lead, Client Engagement. In each of these roles, Alexis Rich drove team morale, analyzed user-experience, engaged with clients, managed teams through rebranding, refreshed client-facing messaging, studied user-experience trends, revamped client-facing messaging, implemented an internal and external Help Desk, facilitated department reorganization, coached a team of Client Engagement Coordinators, and managed team performance.

Alexis Rich obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General from Brigham Young University between 2003 and 2007. Alexis also holds certifications from VitalSmarts in Crucial Accountability, Crucial Conversations, Getting Things Done, and Influencer, as well as a certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies in Situational Leadership II and a certification from Crucial Learning in The Power of Habit.
