Mike Morhardt has a long and varied career in sales, beginning in 1987 with Triad Systems as a Sales Executive/Team Leader. Mike then moved to Summit Strategies in 1992 as Director of Sales, followed by Mentis Corporation in 1994 as Vice President - Sales. In 1996, they joined Gartner as Group Vice President, East, then Group Vice President (Meta Acquisition), Regional Vice President, Northeast, and Senior Area Manager, Northeast. In 2006, they became Group Vice President Americas Field Sales with Gartner, Inc., then Group Vice President, World Wide Events Sales in 2008. From 2010 to 2012, they were Managing Director - Sales at Gerson Lehrman Group, followed by Chief Sales Officer at Forrester Research from 2012 to 2017. Finally, they are currently Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Crucial Learning, a position they have held since 2023.

Mike Morhardt attended the University of Rhode Island - College of Business from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
